Since JLX’s conception in March 2015, we have been on a single-minded mission to fill the gap in the market that was crying out for great camera and phone accessories at better prices. From the beginning, we have been focussed on securing global brands and products that have been missing from the New Zealand market.  

We are eternally grateful to all our amazing kiwi retailers who have supported and rooted for us along the way.  We put a lot of time into nurturing our relationships with our customers and it is these relationships that make us love our work so much.  Their input and advice is also paramount when it comes to deciding on new products and ranges to bring into the market.

You just have to meet Warren to understand the passion he has for his business – and it’s contagious!  When he is not living and breathing JLX, Warren loves a good beer, is a family man and staunchly proud father of two little girls, well known for his impossibly positive and upbeat personality.

John Liu

Co-Founder and Global Import Manager.

With a Masters in Business and Finance from Lincoln University, John’s business acumen and international relationships are vital in helping JLX stand out from our competitors.

John is a keen diver and adventurer who loves travelling and the great kiwi outdoors.  Also a devoted family man and father of two girls.
